No physical items are posted or shipped.
1. Digital Delivery Only
BASCalc – Sole Trader BAS Calculator is delivered instantly via:
- Download link on the checkout “Order Confirmation” page
- Email containing your download link and order details
There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or physical postage delays.
2. Delivery Time
Digital delivery is instant.
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- Your download link is generated immediately
- You will also receive an email with your download link within minutes
If you do not receive your download email within 5–10 minutes, please check:
- Your Spam/Junk folder
- That the email address you entered at checkout is correct
If still missing, contact us at and we will resend your file.
3. File Format
BASCalc is delivered as a:
- Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file
- Fully compatible with most versions of Excel (Windows, Mac, Office 365)
4. Problems With Your Download
If you experience any issues such as:
- Download link not working
- Email not received
- Corrupted file
- File won’t open

5. No Physical Shipping
We do not offer:
- Postal shipping
- Courier shipping
- Express shipping
- Printed or physical versions of BASCalc
